Refund and Exchange Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY:

  • Full-price merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 20 days of delivery, receipt required. International orders excluded.
  • Sale merchandise is FINAL (except if a bag arrives damaged).
  • Used merchandise is not acceptable for return. All items being returned must be in the original condition, packaging, and all tags must be attached.

You must email info@harperave.com prior to returning your item to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) prior to shipping your item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must have an RMA, as explained above.

International orders: no returns or exchanges unless damaged/defective upon receipt. Overseas shipping rates may vary, we try to keep it at $45.95.

Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Warranty 
We offer a one year warranty for purchases on our website or from an authorized retailer, proof of purchase required.
